HSE Assistant (Environmental and Social Expert)
Mr. Doghle holds a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Community Development from the University for Development Studies (Wa Campus). He also has training in community profiling and analysis as well as conducting environmental impact and social risk assessment. As part of his academic research, he worked on gender and land acquisition for rural household wellbeing.
Besides his academic credentials, Mr. Doghle has several years of practical experience in community engagements and managing public expectations related to developmental project. He has experience in living and working with rural communities through stakeholder engagement, needs analysis and participatory planning for local developmental projects. In addition, he has supervised several community-based surveys and interviews especially in rural areas. His exposure in planning and land management as well as related research ventures makes his expertise valuable to the Team especially in the comprehensive examination and evaluation of social issues as well as their management
