Project Details:

The project involved review of project expansion designs vis a vis expansion activities to determine construction and post-construction risks and impacts as well as preparation of a management plan to guide KEPCo in mitigating potential environmental issues associated with the expansion project.

Our experts performed the following activities:

Project expansion design review, detailed direct and indirect impact assessment including potential risks to human health
Site visit and site inspection
Engagement of relevant institutions and neighbouring land users
Preparation of Construction Environmental Management Plan in line with KEPCo ESMS system documentation structure as well as local requirements and GIIP
Training of Contractor EHS Personnel
