Project Details:

The project involved review of project designs vis a vis operation activity to determine operation risks and impacts as well as preparation of a management plan to guide Tacotel Ghana Limited in mitigating potential environmental, health, safety and social safeguard issues associated with operation of the Terminal.

Our experts performed the following activities:

Project design review, detailed risk and impact assessment and advisory
Site visit and site inspection
Traffic investigations
Engagement of GPHA and neighbouring land users
Preparation of Health and Safety Management Plan
Training on implementation of H&S Management Plan.
